I was very disappointed with my second experience recently. The last time I encountered several minor issues. This time, the carpet that was pre-ordered and measured was too small upon arrival. I had to wait a week due to work commitments, which disrupted my entire upstairs. The new carpet was fitted today, but the fitters left shoes on, tracking rain through my home and onto the new carpet. There were initial issues as well! I still had to pay for the fitting, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The stairs were marked by one fitter dragging the carpet up alone.
