We spent a significant amount with this service, nearly recarpeting the entire house. When we wanted to carpet another bedroom, we ordered again and were told they were waiting for the carpet to arrive, so we paid upfront. We waited an entire year without any communication. Frustrated, we sought a refund, but the manager rudely informed us of a 30% cancellation fee. I wouldn't recommend them due to these practices; very frustrating.
