I placed an order since 5th of May, no information about delivery. No shipping updates, I have rang; I have emailed, sent messages on TikTok. No response, yet they keep posting on all their social media account . Very poor service delivery. Edit: Orders have now been sorted. Delay was caused as a result of one of the fabrics that was out of stock. I got refunded and was sent other items. Nevertheless, I think this should have been communicated to set proper expectation. You can’t put delivery to be 3-5 working days and I have no info about my order after five working days. Thank you anyways
