Avoid this service at all costs

I strongly advise against using this service. I ordered two surprise boxes, but one arrived with barely anything—just baby items that were not as advertised. The other is delayed, and I doubt I will receive it. Now I have to spend more money elsewhere for what I need. Additionally, I ordered two Christmas Eve boxes that were missing items. I'm extremely frustrated; this feels like a scam. They should be reported, and I have to pay for returning items despite their errors. Absolutely unacceptable; I will never use this service again. What a waste of time and money.

Very disappointed with the quality

I have used this site before, but my recent order of a mystery bundle was a letdown. Although the representative I spoke to was very nice and helped expedite my order, the parcel I received was far from what was advertised. The value was much lower than I paid, and I feel let down so close to the holidays. I will not be using this service again.

No updates and poor communication

I placed an order over a week ago and have received no updates. I've sent messages through their chat and an email, but still no response from anyone, and I haven't received my items. I needed these for class gifts this week, and I can't afford to find replacements at such short notice. I'm very unimpressed and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Extremely disappointed this year

I ordered from this service a few years ago and was satisfied, but this year has been a huge disappointment. The slimes were rock hard and unusable, and the magic crystals were just colored water. Additionally, delivery took over a week. Such a letdown; I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend it.

Disappointed with the mega box

I paid £20 for a mega box containing just nine low-quality items. I'm very disappointed this year; last year was fantastic, but this year's offerings are terrible. They did offer a refund upon return, but I don't have the time to send things back. This has been a huge letdown.
