I experienced very poor service. I ordered two items that were available at the time of purchase and paid for delivery. I later received an email stating that only one item would be sent without prior notification. The cost for the remaining item increased, making the delivery charge almost equal to the item price. Additionally, I only received a partial refund and not the total amount. This is the worst customer service I have encountered, especially since I needed the items for sessions at a care home. This company has truly disappointed me; thankfully, another platform saved the day. I just want my full refund.
