I placed my first order for my new online business, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The packaging and delivery were impressively fast. The only minor issue was that one pair of gloves had a stain and a hole. Other than that, I will definitely be ordering again when it's time to restock.
I ordered a product needed for a workshop and realized the delivery time exceeded my schedule. I contacted the support team, and they assured me they would do their best to expedite it. Soon after, I found out my item was upgraded to Express24 and arrived in the afternoon, just in time for my event. Excellent customer service for going above and beyond. Thank you!
I experienced very poor service. I ordered two items that were available at the time of purchase and paid for delivery. I later received an email stating that only one item would be sent without prior notification. The cost for the remaining item increased, making the delivery charge almost equal to the item price. Additionally, I only received a partial refund and not the total amount. This is the worst customer service I have encountered, especially since I needed the items for sessions at a care home. This company has truly disappointed me; thankfully, another platform saved the day. I just want my full refund.
