I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience with this company is rather bizarre.
I ordered a sample pack of items that were pictured on their website. I paid in advance by BACS. Only a small order - under £30 - but that's kind of irrelevant.
When the items arrived they were not was in the product image on their website. I contacted them, they duly updated the image, admitted the product had now changed, but getting them to either send a replacement or a refund is proving - so far - impossible. There response time appears to be a case of 'when they feel like it' - if they respond at all.
The sad thing is that I was excited about using them as a new supplier in my fast-growing business, but this has really put me off.
The money isn't really the issue. Thirty quid isn't going to change my life! It's just so disappointing that it seems to be virtually impossible to trust some suppliers if an issue occurs.
Hopefully they will resolve the issue and I can edit this review.
I confirm receipt of the response below and will of course update the review accordingly upon receipt of my refund.
