I recently purchased a bike over the phone without viewing. I had a full depth conversation with Brad about the bike. He was very knowledgeable about the brand.The day that I went to collect the bike as soon as I walked into the building I was greeted by members of staff who offered me refreshments and we just had a very nice chat about different bikes in the showroom.
