I recently purchased a bike over the phone without viewing. I had a full depth conversation with Brad about the bike. He was very knowledgeable about the brand.
The day that I went to collect the bike as soon as I walked into the building I was greeted by members of staff who offered me refreshments and we just had a very nice chat about different bikes in the showroom. I can’t thank Brad and the team for all their help and support

Great team at powerslide I brought my indian scout 101 from there a couple of weeks ago excellent service from Brad & Dale have used them before would definitely recommend them to buy your second hand or new bike from them cheers to you all great service 😁 👍 🏍️

Bought a moped from powerslide Derby and they couldn’t have been more helpful. When I went back for my first service yesterday i had a bit of an accident on the way over and was a bit shaken on arrival. The team were lovely, found me a seat, made me a drink and kept checking up on me. Can’t praise this company enough and can definitely recommend.
Very untidy frontage to Shop, broken glass at main door.Salesman wasn’t overly welcoming, in fact we asked to see 2 bikes to which he pointed out and then didn’t engage in telling us anything about them. Shame as we went and purchased from Stokes KTM dealer the hour later. Need try harder guys , downhill from last time I visited few years back.
Saw a bike advertised on EBay and followed across to main company web site, where the buy was showing as available; with option to pay a £99 deposit. Paid deposit and bike "immediately' went as reserved on the site.This was early evening, so I thought no body will get a phone call or something the following day, however as no contact, called the office early afternoon, to be told sorry bike had been sold earlier the previous day and it takes 18 hours to update on system (despite when I paid deposit it went off sale immediately). I said the bike selling was one of those things, but to have to chase myself and being later on day, perhaps somebody could have let me know soon, to be told on a snotty manner they had been busy with staff off!Customer service zero on this one, which as a serial bike buyer make me certain there will be no further business to be done here, A local competitor stood in; called me back after my enquiry, took deposit, sent video of bike, prepared bike and made it ready just 3 hours after initial call and it was delivered same day, Communication is key in all business
