VOID -AVOIDVery friendly and smooth-talking owner and his right-hand man with a single mechanic.Bought a new bike with accessories, tax, warranty etc.After payment the communication went quiet and I had to chase delivery after 6 weeks.Apparently, the dealer wanted me to back out.The bike was delivered unregistered, untaxed and without any of the bought accessories.Only after getting Suzuki and Ombudsman involved things were on “back-order”.I live far away and that did allow them to mess me around. So many lies.Don’t be fooled by the Suzuki Dealer awards they flaunt, it does not mean anything,Suzuki lost market share in the North and anyone with 50K could get a dealership with disappointing consequences for me. Worst buying experience ever.We are now happy Honda customers. What a world of difference!
