It's nearly impossible to contact the service via email or phone to follow up on my urgent order, which was promised for next-day delivery. Three days later, there's no sign of it, and their delivery partner is also unresponsive. This is absolutely appalling customer service, with terrible reviews across many platforms. I would advise avoiding this service.
