I ordered a product, and after two weeks, it still hasn't arrived. I reached out twice via email with no reply and have called multiple times, only to get an automated response that cuts me off. The customer service is extremely disappointing, but it seems they don't care since they've already taken my money.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered a multitool and carry case but received a drill carry case instead of what was advertised. I requested a refund over a week ago and have yet to hear back. I also ordered a plunge saw on Friday for urgent work today, but it hasn't arrived. After spending over £500.00, I received the wrong item, which could get damaged, and now I have to cut 9 doors by hand. I will be using a more reliable company in the future, as I need dependability for my business, which this service clearly lacks.

I paid extra for Saturday delivery but received no tracking information. I contacted the service and they are 'experiencing technical difficulties.' They managed to take my payment but can't update me on the delay! I've requested to cancel my order and am now waiting for a refund.
It's nearly impossible to contact the service via email or phone to follow up on my urgent order, which was promised for next-day delivery. Three days later, there's no sign of it, and their delivery partner is also unresponsive. This is absolutely appalling customer service, with terrible reviews across many platforms. I would advise avoiding this service.
No goods delivered, no delivery confirmation, and no way to contact customer service. I tried calling but was on hold for 10 minutes before being cut off. Now, my calls won't go through, and emails go unanswered. As an accountant, I see all the signs of potential financial issues—best to stay away.
