I don't normally review companies unless they are very good or very bad. In this case...excellent !!
I bought a bare de Walt strimmer at a good price and the item was delivered the next day. Unfortunately it had a small fault. It was collected for replacement very quickly. I made a mistake and left my battery attached and phoned up the company. A note was made on the account and my battery was returned to me a week later. The next day, the replacement strimmer arrived.
There were no arguments and service was quick and easy.
The only minor drawback was trying to get an update on the phone. However, this is minor if the service is excellent. I'd certainly use them again.
