The installation kit was not delivered all at once, with missing or defective parts. It took a very long time to resolve everything. No core credit was issued, and I received no reimbursement for the defective and missing items. Months of back-and-forth emails led to no resolution. The paperwork for the core return also took an excessive amount of time! This started in November and is still not resolved!
