First thing on this thing says how about what went wrong this Time? So apparently these people have lots of problems. They do not know how to handle issues so they ignore them hoping they will go away. Purchased a Dodge 4.7 and installed . Engine would not start because the wrong reluctor wheel for the cam sensor was installed. They sent me the new part but dot seem to want to pay any labor for their mistake. They have been telling me for 2 months it in process but then when you call back you get the transfer run around. Apparently that is the norm for Powertrain Products since all the good reviews they respond to and the negatives are ignored ! Like many others it looks good on paper but truth is they lie and are not a reputable company who care about quality or service to the customer!
