I've made a withdrawal request since February 1, 2025 and my request still pending. I've already contacted customer service and they told me they having issues with high volume of request in financial department. I doubt it's true. I can't even cancel my withdrawal. Next time, before signing up I'll check for the reviews instead of those casino specialist reviews.
