What has changed? It has been a month (Dec 23rd) since QP promised to talk to Solaredge about the solar panel not properly functioning. Solaredge is supposed to be monitoring this but didn't identify the problem as worthy of their time as no one has emailed or left any messages about trying to reach me about fixing the problem. Powur's contracted customer service admit that system that their contracted sales team sold me was inadequate and told me that it would be too expensive for me to get the size I needed...and then closed the ticket.2/20/2024 update Powur is still the worst solar panel installer ever. I spent $25,000 more to update my system with 10 panels and 2 batteries. Powur is what you don't have because they a such an unethetical company.
