Damaged/Defective Inverter - Not Operational Since 06/19/2022 - Multiple attempts to get status updates from Customer Support have resulted in no response or emails indicating "I am sorry for the long delay, there is still no tracking available for this case."I am now in a position of paying for a new solar system that doesn't work AND paying my local utility for electricity.Attempts to escalate to senior leadership have been unsuccessful and I am caught in the middle of "finger pointing" between Powur and their supplier Solar EdgeCompany has terrible customer service and seem unable to support the system they sell as advertised.
