What a useless company! Staff are very polite but do not listen to their customers or act on their requests. They insist that queries are directed through their portal. You then receive a response approximately 3 working days later. I have been desperately trying to get a smart meter fitted that gives me access to half hourly gas readings (like my previous gas supplier did). I explained my requirement very clearly from the outset but always received meaningless one sentence responses! After months of battling they finally sent out a subcontracted engineer who fitted a smart meter which transmits one reading a month, not the half hourly figures which I asked for. I'm totally frustrated and would never consider using them again. Be warned!
