I have been attempting to change the payee since the tenants vacated on August 8th. I've received bills from July, despite not being in the property. I provided a reading and proof of the tenants' termination date. Now, they are requesting that I resend all the documents. We have been trying for six months to get an accurate bill and change the payee. Still waiting...
The representative was very helpful, demonstrating patience and a strong understanding of all the processes I inquired about. He assisted in resetting a username and password and remained available while I entered the first meter reading. I would prefer to work with him for all of our properties in the future, as his customer service is outstanding.

When I followed up, I was told to submit my bank details on company letterhead, which I did. The representative handling my case has been unresponsive. It's been four months without any refund. I would advise against using this service. Their representatives seem more focused on securing positive reviews than resolving issues. I'm uncertain if I'll ever receive my refund and may need to escalate to the ombudsman.
