I have recently had Lens replacement treatment (3/2/2026) at Praga Medicas NeoVize Clinic in Prague. To say I am delighted is a massive understatement. From my first enquiry to my final check up, the level of service I received was exemplary. The whole team are so professional, friendly and really well organised, it just helps with making the experience really comfortable. My coordinator was Veronika who was truly delightful, she organised every step along the way and nothing was to much trouble for her, no matter what time of day… so big thank you Veronika. Also a mention for Thomas who looks after you before and after procedure, he is so calming and quietly spoken and makes the experience so much easier…thank you Thomas.
