I booked my breast reduction/lift surgery at Esthe Clinic with Dr Hromadkova through Praga Medica and have had an excellent experience, thanks not only to the outstanding care from Dr Hromadkova but also largely to my consultant, Marketa. I genuinely could not have done this without her support.
From the very beginning, Marketa was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel manageable and reassuring.
Dr Hromadkova herself was fantastic throughout my journey. She was professional, reassuring, and a miracle worker. She took the time to explain the procedure, listened carefully to what it was I wanted, and made me feel completely confident and safe in her care. I am extremely happy with how smoothly everything went and with my results so far.
I am now two weeks post-op and am still frequently in touch with Marketa regarding my aftercare. We have had check-ins, she has offered advice, and she has made sure I feel supported even after the surgery was completed. That level of ongoing care really means a lot and shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients.
I am extremely grateful for the service received and would highly recommend Praga Medica and Esthe Clinic. If you’re lucky enough to have Marketa as your consultant and Dr Hromadkova as your surgeon, you will be in excellent hands.
Everything went just as it was planned.
Procedures went like clockwork, surgery was painless and very quick, clinic was very busy but didn’t affect the way things flowed, my recovery time was quicker than I thought and my eye sight is excellent .
I have recently had Lens replacement treatment (3/2/2026) at Praga Medicas NeoVize Clinic in Prague. To say I am delighted is a massive understatement. From my first enquiry to my final check up, the level of service I received was exemplary. The whole team are so professional, friendly and really well organised, it just helps with making the experience really comfortable. My coordinator was Veronika who was truly delightful, she organised every step along the way and nothing was to much trouble for her, no matter what time of day… so big thank you Veronika. Also a mention for Thomas who looks after you before and after procedure, he is so calming and quietly spoken and makes the experience so much easier…thank you Thomas. Jana provided outstanding support for several months, both virtually and in person, throughout my entire stay in Prague. Her communication regarding all preparations and logistics was exceptionally well organized and thoughtfully planned. The whole experience was exceptionally good value for money. Nela was responsive with emails and always got back to me promptly with the answer to any of my questions. Kristina was my translator and it was a delight to spend time with her. The service was efficient with plenty of staff at the clinic and I always felt in very safe hands. It appears that my prescription was incorrect from my UK high street opticians and my glasses were much too strong for me. I would highly recommend Praga Medica for lens replacement surgery (I had trifocal, toric lenses on both eyes).
Jana, Thomas and all the staff at Praga Medica were absolutely amazing! From my initial enquiry I made two trips for a consultation and then treatment and was looked after with the best and most professional care. I am delighted with the outcome of my treatment, my vision now has never been this good! I was kept fully informed of what would happen with my treatment and care and it was so straightforward and completely pain-free. I would completely recommend Praga Medica, they provide an excellent, very professional, caring and friendly service.
Unfortunately I’m leaving a 0 star review. I’ve used Praga Medica 3 times before and was satisfied with the eye care and service. Praga Medica uses 3 party companies to carry out the work like NEO VISION. I messaged DANEILA with no response! I contacted her manager who told me she was on vacation I was the passed to KATE. Kate gave me 3 available time slots in February 3/6 of February was our preferred slot so we asked her confirm this so we could book out flights from Turkey as we both were there on business. ( we are from the UK 🇬🇧) ever day I contacted Kate to confirm the time and day. Nearly 3 days later she said the slot was no longer available!!!! a simple call to the reception at NEO vision would have confirmed the day and time. I was very angry at the time laps and very very poor communication we could book flights or plan our trip. Very angry and upset by this service!!! These member of staff many Kate are a poor reflection of this middle man company. DANIELA contacted my girl Ilona today asking if we still wanted to book a week after the time slot we were given by Kate saying o I was on holiday wasn't my fault. All these girls are sales driven and don’t care about there customers especially after the large volume of business I’ve given them. I have now booked with another company who were quick have better reviews and have gave me the time slot I require no hassle quick and efficient. OFTUM is the company I would recommend you now use. Praga Medica now is very very poor
