The whole experience was exceptionally good value for money. Nela was responsive with emails and always got back to me promptly with the answer to any of my questions. Kristina was my translator and it was a delight to spend time with her. The service was efficient with plenty of staff at the clinic and I always felt in very safe hands. It appears that my prescription was incorrect from my UK high street opticians and my glasses were much too strong for me. I would highly recommend Praga Medica for lens replacement surgery (I had trifocal, toric lenses on both eyes).
