Unfortunately I’m leaving a 0 star review. I’ve used Praga Medica 3 times before and was satisfied with the eye care and service. Praga Medica uses 3 party companies to carry out the work like NEO VISION. I messaged DANEILA with no response! I contacted her manager who told me she was on vacation I was the passed to KATE. Kate gave me 3 available time slots in February 3/6 of February was our preferred slot so we asked her confirm this so we could book out flights from Turkey as we both were there on business. ( we are from the UK 🇬🇧) ever day I contacted Kate to confirm the time and day. Nearly 3 days later she said the slot was no longer available!!!! a simple call to the reception at NEO vision would have confirmed the day and time. I was very angry at the time laps and very very poor communication we could book flights or plan our trip. Very angry and upset by this service!!! These member of staff many Kate are a poor reflection of this middle man company. DANIELA contacted my girl Ilona today asking if we still wanted to book a week after the time slot we were given by Kate saying o I was on holiday wasn't my fault. All these girls are sales driven and don’t care about there customers especially after the large volume of business I’ve given them. I have now booked with another company who were quick have better reviews and have gave me the time slot I require no hassle quick and efficient. OFTUM is the company I would recommend you now use. Praga Medica now is very very poor
