Once my choice of watches were in stock, I visited the boutique where I dealt with Athena's colleague, Li-Chu who was also courteous, calm and patient and the entire visit was a pleasure - and successful. The follow-up has also been excellent.The Embassy by Pragnell I have to say exceeds Cartier Bond Street (which I used for 20 years) or any luxury watch retailer in London: the boutique in Stratford-on-Avon is gorgeous, the choice extensive but above all, it is the level of service which sets The Embassy by Pragnell aside.
