On Dec 01, ordered online a dishwasher machine.They were advertising "Delivery within 3-5 days"Today we have Dec 19, and the result is:- they have taken the money from my credit card, - my order is NOT delivered, - I've spend 3 hours waiting on the line to speak to the customer service, - they don't have a clue where my order is and when it is gonna be sent to me.PRAKTIKER.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!
