When an item is marked as "available for shipping with courier", waiting 25 days for delivery is unacceptable. I could have ordered it from overseas and received it by now. This experience with the service has been one of the worst I've ever had.
I waited over 25 days for items that were supposed to be delivered to the store. The level of incompetence is astounding. After 20 days, I was informed that the items hadn’t even made it to the carrier. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve encountered.
