I’ve made the order and paid with Apple pay, the website didn’t ask for my address however as soon as the email confirmation arrived to my inbox, I’ve changed the address on my account. It was Friday night so I wasn’t able to call anyone by Monday and suddenly on Sunday they have delivered the item to the address I lived 3 years ago without verifying it or asking me to enter the address myself. When I’ve raised the issue and explain the situation customer service just blamed it on me, apparently the address is associated with my apple pay address (which was done I don’t know how many years ago) and said that they will not do anything to sort the issue and it was my fault. Apparently changing address on your account does not matter and I needed to call them (bare in mind that the order was done Friday night when phone line wasn’t working and same applies for the weekend, Monday was too late according to them). Now my £200 item is lost and they can’t be bothered to rearrange the delivery
