Service at the physical shops is simple VERY BAD. It is as if the personnel have received an advice/recommendation by their management : “ that the don’t have to do service”Ask for something you don’t know or need help with… you have t literally said by their management employees: “solve it yourself, I don’t have to do it”This answer is repeated as if learned standard by the employees.If you approach the customer service desk.. to rent something for example… they don’t even look at you… if they are chatting.. and having a nice time… they continue doing their thing and pretend you are not there!This examples are not single events… they happen very often and by all the shops!Rotterdam, den Haag, Schiedam, vlaardingen They should not wear those t-shirts with the inscription from : here to help”!Really bad bad attitude .
