Hired a dryer from them, Needed it longer so didnt return it at the desired time. With other building rental companies you just pay when you bring it back.
Got a call from a woman at praxis who said " DIEFSTAL" 3 times in a 2 minute conversation.
Will not use them again.

Praxis is the closest hardware store to my house and since we have been doing a lot of renovation in the past year, we also visited it a lot of times. I really like the offer they have, the products are of good quality. It is true that some of them you can find cheaper in similar (German) stores. But Praxis is not a huge store, but a "cozy" one. We had no issue returning products and they have discounts every week on different product categories (with the Praxis App). All in all, I am a fan of Praxis
well, never did online shopping and always new what I am buying so it always worked for me well. Never been refused by Praxis employees for product returns. So it worked all good for me. But, it is sure more expensive other sellers of the same things.
The discounts on the site aren't realThe discounts on the website are based on an optional discount that a customer can have when they buy the product using the companies app.Additionally I've had a very poor experience with one of their online sellers.It's a shame, since I had just picked out a floor for my whole apartment there and will now have to search for a new one elsewhere.I will not come back to this store.
Beyond the wide variety of products in the store, what impressed me the most was the customer service team. Even though the mistake in my order was mine, they responded quickly with excellent communication and service, and provided a solution. Dankewel Praxis Klantenservice!!!
Service at the physical shops is simple VERY BAD. It is as if the personnel have received an advice/recommendation by their management : “ that the don’t have to do service”Ask for something you don’t know or need help with… you have t literally said by their management employees: “solve it yourself, I don’t have to do it”This answer is repeated as if learned standard by the employees.If you approach the customer service desk.. to rent something for example… they don’t even look at you… if they are chatting.. and having a nice time… they continue doing their thing and pretend you are not there!This examples are not single events… they happen very often and by all the shops!Rotterdam, den Haag, Schiedam, vlaardingen They should not wear those t-shirts with the inscription from : here to help”!Really bad bad attitude .
Reasonable and responsive customer service, bad product quality, and they did not allow me to publish my review on their product as it did not "meet their standards". I was already wondering how it is possible that all three reviews gave these same broken boxes five stars. Now I understand that they are censoring the poor reviews. I ordered xxl mover boxes and other boxes. All four boxes arrived broken and the lids of all the boxes were missing. The material (plastic) used for the boxes is so weak that I would not dare to load anything heavier than clothes in them. And from the other boxes one box was missing. The only reason why I give two stars instead of one is that the customer service was understanding and responsive, and offered to refund the missing and broken products.
Praxis sells motor G11 coolant as G12. There is a blue color engine coolant, made by 'Protecton' which is currently being sold by Praxis as G12 however it is in fact G11. Don't ruin your car... Praxis how many cars have yoi destroyed already?
