On May 15th I ordered a product, the delivery time was 1-3 business days and the stock status was available, but after 3 days the Shipping status of my product was still not updated. When I contacted customer service they told me that there was a glitch and I would have to wait another 3 days. Again 3 days passed, I sent an e-mail again, today is the 22nd and nothing has changed about the update, if the problem is not solved, I will apply to the necessary authorities, it is sad to see such things in a company like praxis
