I made an order more than 1 week ago, saying that the delivery will be the following day. Then, the following day, i receive an email saying that "unfortunately there is a lot of work in the storage so it will be delayed, and that WHEN they solve that, I will receive a track and trace number. More than one week later, I have nothing, no news, no email, nothing. I contact customer service to ask what is going on, and they say that unfortunately until the product doesn't live in the store, they cannot give me any info; that I have to wait. "how much waiting?" I ask; "I don't know, unfortunately, we don't have the info". Ok, glorious, they don't know what they have, how many workers they got to do the job, when they ship the orders... they know nothing, and you got nothing either. Won't buy it here again.
