Order#: 227644711 Incident#: 220103-0043..The order (5 big shelves: each worth 15-20 Euros) was damaged when delivered to the house and left outside the door while i was not home. There were two screw packs missing and one of the shelves were damaged. When i contacted Praxis customer service, they asked me to return them to one of the stores which is impossible for me on a bicycle as I dont have a car. Secondly if i do take an Uber/taxi to take it to their store, the cost will be more than the price of the broken shelf/undelivered screws. Thus, very bad experience with Praxis...
