I received a broken item. I sent pictures to the support team last week and am still waiting for a response. I’m awaiting collection and a refund. I called last week to check on the situation, but was informed that no support team was available until Monday. I’m still waiting for a reply to my email or call. They take the money quickly, but the service has been very unprofessional. Disappointing.
