Disappointing Experience with Special Assistance

I had a terrible experience waiting in a wheelchair until 3 PM for my flight. The special assistance arrangements were disorganized, and there was a lack of communication. When I insisted on moving, anxiety increased as I was finally taken over but had to manage steps with help. No one informed us of flight delays, leading to additional stress.
