Plumber arrived mid afternoon but I asked for a morning appointment He was very polite and assessed the issue with the shower drain and proceeded to try and clear it.Unfortunately after two hours trying he was unable to clear the drain.He was very apologetic and said he couldn’t do anything more, he took 20% of the invoice because the problem wasn’t resolved.
