Charlie in the office was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, taking the time to clearly talk me through all my options and getting me booked in for an appointment quickly and smoothly.
Sam then took over and continued the excellent service. He kept me well informed, letting me know when he was on his way, and once he arrived, he was efficient, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing, talked me through the issues he encountered, and clearly outlined how they could be resolved.
What really stood out was his commitment—he promptly returned the very next day to fix the issue, which I really appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Sam was friendly, approachable, and respectful, and he made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.

Dale was very friendly knowledgeable, professional and very hard working. He was approachable and helpful with all my questions. I had ground dug up to find the main sewer pipe and a 6m trench with connecting pipework to 2 bathrooms. I was more than happy with the completed works and wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch on my next project.
After my toilet became blocked I could only partly clear it so I ‘phoned PDS at Portsmouth and Chris and Lee arrived the following morning. They cleared the remainder of the blockage and using a cctv camera they found some of the pipes were broken. They were able to put a lining in the pipes without any digging at all and were very helpful, efficient and knowledgable. I was very pleased with PDS and would thoroughly recommend them.
