The surveyor called me when he arrived at the property on the day of the appointment, from that moment on I was fully informed and kept up to date at every step of the process. George called me today within days of the survey being completed, he was clear, concise, informative and ensured I fully understood the findings from the survey. It is amazing to get the lovely old fashioned customer service, we all once knew and is rarely seen these days where the customer comes first, is treated respectfully and politely and nothing is too much trouble.
