I contacted the company because of a blocked toilet which infact was much more serious. The initial visit identified the problem was in fact roots from trees that were blocking the underground pipework. All of the engineers were very professional and made sure that I was kept informed about the progress. The solution to my problem was far from easy but I was very impressed by the way the engineers solved each difficulty. I also appreciated the way the office made certain that I was kept informed at each stage of the job. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone with similar problems.
