I called and asked for a quote to provide us with a plan of the drainage layout for a house we had purchased. The work was time sensitive as we were waiting to build based on the survey information. I received a quote and appointed them trusting the conversation I had with the sales rep. The drainage was surveyed and all we received was a video of the pipes noting any of remedial works needed. I promptly called them and highlighted this is not what I needed, they outlined they would get back to me to resurvey the pipes. About 2 months later and after a few more calls they renegged on this and said I'd need to pay for a whole new survey. The original surveyor had left after our job and they couldn't access any data he'd taken. Safe to say after giving us a useless report and wasting so much time I went elsewhere. Today I received an automated email saying how much of a valued customer I was and their current promotions which prompted me to write this. Shambles of a company who can't retain staff, who lie and waste your time. Stay well clear even if they seem cheap.
