An emergency call on 17 Dec, attended 18 Dec - fault found and fixed in 8hr job on 19 Dec. Drainage pipes blocked with calcium and 10yr warranty given. Very grateful for priority given as property tenanted with young family so needed to get it sorted. Previously plumbers attended in May but obviously did not find the problem and by Dec it had accumulated. I did a random web search for drainage plumbers and fortunately hit the jackpot with a family run company able to service throughout England.
