I won’t suggest this company at all. They said there’s no call out charge but they will charge you. The engineer didn’t do any work but the invoice stated that he has done the work using machinery. When I challenged them they got annoyed stating that they can’t provide a free service. Before you made any payment to this company please check the job that the engineer did. The staff over the phone doesn’t care whether the work has been carried out properly or not as they just want you to pay them. Also, your staff who promised my tenant for a call back but didn’t call till date. I’m not damaging your reputation but I’m telling the factual truth what exactly has happened. I know my tenant more than 10 years. My tenant has queried your staff why your engineer didn’t use the water jet? Till now, there was no reply from your end! If you guys are doing a great job why should I need to write a bad review?
