From my experience today, which was directly in the full force of a chilling easterly wind, the guys were very amiable , polite, and considerate, and gave no word of complaint.It transpired that my tank was full despite being emptied 3mths ago, however, instead of giving up, they used a hose under pressure to check for a blockage. I was heartened by this instead of merely saying "computer says no" and although I have to have the tank cleared again first, I was left feeling that I had been "served" with a sense of trying all they could to help me out; although they couldn't fix the problem, I was left feeling helped and I was grateful. Contributory to this was the very friendly manner of the men, who introduced themselves though I have shamefully forgotten their names. Please convey my thanks to them. I hope that after my tank clearing at the end of this month, I have the good fortune to have the same men back if I have to recall you.
