Although it was a difficult task, Chris & Lee managedwith great difficulty to clear our toilet.The problem we have is that one of the drain coversis protruding, and we are afraid that someone may trip on it, and injure themselves if they should fall. I wouldlike this to be attended to asap. I have already spokento someone three times since Friday to request this to be done. Thank you!
