Do not use, terrible service. I booked them to unblock a drain and explained that it was a building site, so they needed to inform the engineer that they needed to come any time before 3pm, the engineer was not passed this information they said and tried to show up at 5:30pm. The appointment was then rebooked for the next day, and no one ever came. I was then called that evening given another apology and was guaranteed an appointment Tuesday morning, and no one came yet again. When I called to chase, they could only apologise….. Do not waste your time booking them, they will only disappoint
