I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Precise. I was charged twice in one month for my mortgage, and despite calling countless times to resolve this, nothing has been fixed.Each time I contact them, I’m transferred from one colleague to another and from one department to another. I’m repeatedly told that a refund will be issued, but the money has never arrived. I’ve been given conflicting information and, in my experience, false promises.This has gone on for far too long and has caused me significant stress. At this point, I’ve had no choice but to involve my bank and the Financial Ombudsman to try and recover my money.I feel completely let down by their lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious
