There are several problems that I had with my experience at this store (Masonville Mall, London, Ontario):1) No matter how I insisted that I couldn't afford the products and explained why, the saleswoman would not let me leave without making purchases.2) Even though the products were reduced in price, it is quite clear that the price was too high because the products themselves were of poor quality. The exfoliant I got is just a substance that is designed to dry in such a way that it looks like dead skin when it is rubbed. The heated ceramic hairbrush that is supposed to dry, curl, and straighten hair all without making the hair smell fried cannot nearly do all of that. My curls take forever to create when I use it, and they don't last. My hair still smells. I guess the thing kind of dries my hair as I straighten it, as long as it makes a few passes over my hair. 3) I did research on this company later on, and anyone who takes a look at their website can see that they use the same actresses in their demo videos as other similarly scammy beauty product chains, and that the endless five-star reviews come from accounts with names that sound completely fake. Also, their refund policy is non-existent. As per the site, you can only exchange something if it was broken in shipping. Overall, I feel really scammed, and I don't know how this "business" got actual storefronts in actual malls. These malls should oust Predire Paris and give their storefront space to someone who provides good products. Is what they're doing even legal???
