What a disaster. I signed up in May 2025 and received monthly texts about window cleaning, but I canceled the service in November 2025 because no one ever showed up, which became frustrating. I hired a local company instead. In December 2025, I got a message stating my cleaning had been completed despite canceling. I spoke with a representative who assured me it would be resolved and that my subscription was canceled. However, I received my first clean on the day I canceled, followed by an invoice! I called again and was told to disregard the invoice and that I had been removed from their system. Yet, three days later, I received another text stating my cleaning was completed and asking for a review. Here’s my review!
