I set up an account on a platform, and it seems my identity requires verification through a third party. I submitted a scan of my passport, but that wasn’t enough; I also had to scan my face, only to be informed of an unsuccessful verification. I'm very frustrated that so much personal information was collected only to be told of a failure. Additionally, there's no way to contact support - their help section is unhelpful. I recommend avoiding this service if you can.
