I submitted a scan of my passport, but that wasn’t enough; I also had to scan my face, only to be informed of an unsuccessful verification. I'm very frustrated that so much personal information was collected only to be told of a failure. Additionally, there's no way to contact support - their help section is unhelpful. I recommend avoiding this service if you can.

STEER CLEAR! Almost two weeks have passed, and my ads are still marked as 'pending' despite my emails to the company. A negative review prompted a request for more information, which I provided, but my adverts still haven't been placed. The customer service is unacceptable.
I can't see how this is a legitimate service. I've submitted three adverts and have stopped adding items due to the inefficacy of this platform. After 31 hours, there has been no response to my messages, and no ads have been posted. They just take your money and don't allow you to list anything. I seriously doubt there are genuine sellers using this site who would tolerate such issues. It's astonishing that anyone relies on this platform.
I used to enjoy this platform, but it has declined to the point of being nearly unusable. My ad wasn't uploaded, and after contacting support three times, I've received no responses. When searching, the list doesn't update based on criteria like mileage from my address. If things don't improve soon, I will be leaving, and I suspect many others will too.

How does this site have so many positive reviews? The site is awful… Constant ads make it impossible to see what's for sale… Lagging issues… Ads pending for days… Even a simple feature like viewing recent adverts doesn’t work. I've used this site for over 15 years, but now I've removed it due to its poor performance. The worst part is they expect you to pay for membership. AVOID!!!

The next day, I couldn't log in until I received a code sent to my address, which has not happened in over a week. I've sent three emails with no response; the service is shocking, and I feel scammed. I will stick to another platform where I can get assistance.
